ACCORD DU COMITE D’EURONEXT PARIS - Grenoble, France. Ce 12 Avril 2007. La société est heureuse d’informer ses actionnaires qu’elle vient de recevoir l’accord du Comité d’Euronext Paris pour faire admettre ses titres à la cotation sur Alternext dans le cadre d’un transfert sans opération concomitante. La première cotation des actions sur Alternext aura lieu le 16 avril 2007, au fixing de 15 h 30. Le code ISIN ne sera pas modifié. Le nouveau code mnémonique sera ALDOL.
Cette opération s’inscrit dans la volonté permanente d'offrir aux actionnaires les meilleures conditions de liquidité et de valorisation de ses titres.

De plus, à l’heure du rapprochement d’Euronext et du NYSE, cette nouvelle étape constitue une ouverture appréciable pour les actionnaires américains de la société.

Cette nouvelle étape dans la vie de la société a été l'occasion de repositionner tous les responsables du Groupe, incluant les deux filiales à l'étranger, pour les mettre en mesure de relancer la croissance et atteindre les objectifs fixés par le conseil d'administration. L'organisation en unités d'affaires est articulée maintenant, au-delà des quatre membres de la direction générale, autour de quatre responsables d'unités de croissance et quatre responsables commerciaux.

En parallèle, les options de souscription d'action créées par la dernière assemblée générale ont été attribuées à tous ceux qui doivent participer aux prochaines générations du management de l'entreprise.

AGREEMENT BY THE COMMITTEE OF EURONEXT PARIS
TRANSFER TO ALTERNEXT
Grenoble, France. On April 12, 2007. The company has the pleasure of informing its shareholders that the agreement has just been granted by the Committee of Euronext
Paris for the listing of its equities on Alternext in the context of a transfer without any concurrent transaction. The first listing for Stock Trading on Alternext shall occur on the 16th day of April, 2007, with fixing at 3:30 pm. The ISIN code will remain unchanged.
The new mnemonic code will be ALDOL.
This move partakes in the permanent will to offer to shareholders the best conditions of liquidity and valuation for its shares.
Moreover, at a time of rapprochement of Euronext and the NYSE, this new step provides the American shareholders of the company with an appreciable opening.
This major event in the life of the company has enabled to reorient all managers of the Group, including the two foreign subsidiaries, to put them in position for a growth path and for reaching the objectives determined by the Board of Directors.
