Lyon, October 18, 2024 – The French group 3P – Performance Plastics Products, an international industrial player specializing in high-performance plastic solutions, announces the acquisition of ICM Industrie group. With this acquisition, the group aims to surpass 100 million euros in turnover with a workforce of 500 employees. This move consolidates 3P’s position among the major industrial players in the sector and strengthens its presence in the fields of machining and fabrication of plastics and composites.
A strategic acquisition for 3P – Performance Plastics Products
Founded in 1993, ICM Industrie has 6 production sites in France and employs 160 people. As a result of a high-performance and robotized fleet of over 100 machines, the group has an extensive industrial offering.
